Members present: Suzanne, Mark, Wayne, Forrest, John

Old Business

● Action item updates

○ Defensible space maps Adam sent an updated version. We need to

check it for accuracy.

○ Pressure test air tanks We have two new air tanks.

○ Mark escape route across Tract A We will flag Thursday, May 22

○ CO Dept. of Ag. weed grants (Suzanne will be ready for December cycle

○ Trailer pump regulator Wayne will replace when the adapter arrives from

Air Gas.

○ Instruction labels for trailer tanks Forrest and Suzanne will try to have

them done by June 7.

○ Formulate weed plan Armando will be up in June. John needs to contact

him for his estimate.

○ Delineate greenbelt access points Completed for Greenbelt F

○ Pull old project flagging and pheromone pouches Forrest and John have

completed for greenbelts E and F.

○ Cut tamarisk at lower lake Will be included in the fall mitigation work.

● 150 tree pouches have been purchased but we are waiting on delivery

● Siren will be tested after the trailer tanks are operational

● Mitigation work is almost complete

New Business

● We will reach out to new members to do a trailer tank demonstration

● MHVFD community picnic is likely the last week of July. We should encourage

residents to attend.

● Suzanne will try to find a noxious weed poster for the bulletin board

● A newsletter article is due May 19. John will write it.
