January 25, 2024 Governance Committee Meeting Minutes

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE—1-25-24

The first quarter 2024 meeting of the ZHA Governance Committee was held virtually at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 25, 2024.

   Present were Amanda Koth, Wendolyn Michnay, Forrest Ketchin, Kimberley Jatkowsky, Toby Woodson, and Erin Smith.

   Topics: committee description, plats and STRs.

   Committee description is needed by September. We can construct the description from archived minutes and the mission statement.

   Plats: tabled until after the dues are due at the end of April. Then we will review.

   STRs: We need to advertise for input from as many members as possible to come up with regulations. ALL MEMBERS ARE WELCOME. We also need to review the presentation made by Toby and Amanda more than a year ago.
