Additional meeting for Architectural committee

Meeting held on March 5, 2026 at the residence of Erin Smith 26 Cedar Ridge Mosca, CO

Meeting commenced at 1300. We said no to recording.

We reviewed the preliminary plans for building plans for Tanya and Craig.

Erin spoke regarding Covenants carried by the DWR. She had a legal document

pertaining to ADU’s/servants quarters/mother-in-law quarters. In house use for water

(per 1 acre lot) is for a single family dwelling only.

Refer to County Commissioners for an approved definition.

She also spoke of guidelines for additional buildings and separate bathhouse, according

to Section A, clause 2.

Tom Benner asked about roof material, and a flat roof design. Craig said that there is a

slope on roof and approved design through a state engineer. Tom also asked about

heating in additional living spaces, and Craig replied that they would be using a wood

stove in all spaces separate from the main living space.

The committee said we would acquire the definition of “single -family dwelling”, in order

to proceed with an approval or denial of additional structures
