May 13, 2026 Architecture Committee Meeting Minutes

The AC committee met May 13th to discuss a couple building projects. Those present were Jennifer Nellinger, Nancy Starling Ross, John White, Kim Jatkowski, Betty Westbrook and the committee was also joined by Tanya Miller and Craig Schreiber. 

We discussed building project 509 Mill Run. John and Jennifer are doing a site visit Friday, May 15th and pending approval. Also discussed was building project 204 Mill Run. The AC committee is seeking further information from Land Use and Water Division as some questions need answers before the approval of the proposed pod build.
