Governance Meeting

Those present: John White, Jennifer Nellinger, Wendolyn Michnay, Kimberly Jatkowski, Erin Smith, Helena  & Tanya Miller (phone) 

*Questions for the attorney: 

 Members in good standing with delinquent payments? 

 Can several members that are in a corporation be in good/bad standing? 

*Discussions of how and when we can implement unattended guests? This is follow up from 1.5 years ago. We discussed registrations by property owners, to be added to Policy 26. 

We revisited proof of liability insurance for those that have rentals. Once developed, then will be required of all short term rentals. Maybe ask attorney how we go about this legally? 

It is highly recommended for all committee members to review  CCIOA rules and regulations for the governing laws that we follow for our Homeowners subdivision.
