·       Leeza to update the Fire Committee budget with John's fire management calculations.

·       Leeza to ask Anna to confirm actual cash on hand and provide bank statements for the last 3 years to document the cash on hand over the last 3 years.

·       Leeza to adjust the fire reserve line to $10,000 and add $4,000 to cash on hand.
